Mouse Treadmill

Research need: Mice with Parkinson's disease needed a device which could measure their motor skills and reaction time. This treadmill allowed for measuring the duration of mouse walking activity using a pressure-activated signal sent to a separate control box (not shown). Mice remain unharmed. Unit comprised of:
  • soft rubber running surface
  • aluminum spacer discs allowing for multiple simultaneous trials
  • acrylic housing box
  • aluminum switch box/base
